The environment here is simple and elegant, and the use of space doesn’t make you feel cramped—it's just the right size. Both the living space and the bathroom are extremely clean, which is one of the most important factors for me when traveling for business. It was very quiet throughout the night, which really helped me get the rest I needed after a long-haul flight and dealing with jet lag. The room has excellent soundproofing. In the morning, I opened the window to a simple yet beautiful view, accompanied by birds singing everywhere. I’m about to head out for breakfast. I truly believe this place is an excellent choice for business trips and highly recommend it.

I lucked into this hotel and location by not reading that this hotel was not in the city (Trencin) I was visiting. (20 mins down the road) However, Trencianske Teplice was a beautiful location, and seemed to be a tourist destination for Slovakians. It had a real chill, and holiday feel to it without feeling touristy, and charging tourist prices. The hotel receptionists were lovely and helped me navigate some of the quirks of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitley recommend. (Slovakian hotels love to push 2 single beds together, made as singles, and call it a king or double. It is such a nuisance, so although it may say King bed in the ad, it isnt really)

I'm staying in room 407 for several days. The hotel is beautiful. The only problem, and it's a big one for those traveling in business, or simply trying to live life day to day, today, and use the internet; your internet is the absolute worst!!! The worst I've used in YEARS of traveling all over asia and many parts of the world. Why do you make it so difficult to access?! I'm using a standard WINDOWS computer and it won't find the login route. It is so ridiculous and frustrating. You should really find another solution. I don't even understand why. You make it free, anyways! Just open it and make it have no problems. I haven't even been able to use it still after staff have given me a very interseting looking, yet seemingly useless AP. It still won't connect. So disapointing. This is something so simple to do, now days. Finally, it works now, but your website doesn't load properly. At least there is consistancy in the fact that your people don't know how to use technology at all. I'm amazed. Please fix these things. For your own sake. For the record, the sauna is great, the food menu is great, the breakfast selection is so-so, though I cannot complain about the quality of coffee the robot makes. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, with a very nice Sauna.
