Hotel Panoramic

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The real highlight, though, was the restaurant. Every dish I tried was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, perfect seasoning, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and elegant, and the service was outstanding. Whether you’re staying for business or pleasure, this place is a true gem. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Hotel at beginning of bay with good views over and towards Taormina & mountains. Rooms simple, nicely furnished & spotlessly clean with mini fridge for water. Clean towels every day, bed linen changed regularly. Bright lighting to read& TV but no English channel. Air Con not that great. Towels not supplied for pool/beach. Continental breakfast with fried eggs & bacon. No snacks or light lunches served during day.. BUT be advised, the beach bar over the road directly in front of the hotel turns into a disco from 10 pm at night until 1.30 am weekdays and 3 am weekends and the music is very, very loud with a pounding beat. We had to change from a good room at the front with views to a rear room & we could still hear the music, but at a much lower volume. The hotel did the best they could but unfortunately the beach bar is not connected in anyway to the hotel.

We booked our hotel using American Express points for a wedding being held in Taormina. We emailed the hotel twice to confirm the reservation twice and they were unable to find our reservation. American Express called them three times to confirm they reservation and they hung up on them. The hotel did then send me an email confirming the reservation. The hotel has a lovely view but is across from a nightclub that blasts music until 3 AM. You have to close your windows to try to sleep but it does not help. Also, there is no air conditioning so with the windows shut so it was swelteringly hot. We went in June and it was very hot. Also the bed and pillows are not very comfortable which added to the discomfort. The shower leaked and left the bathroom flooded each time we used it. Also, there is a bar located in the hotel but no bartender available for the 6 days we were there, so there is no access to ice or a cocktail while at the pool. The woman who cleaned our room and the receptionists at the front desk were very nice. I would not recommend this hotel
