Great place. I strongly recommend this hotel. Hotel is very clean with delicious food and beverages.
The room was very small and too crowded with unnecessary furniture, but it lacked a desk to work on your PC and the closet was tiny. Unfit for any stay longer than a weekend. The window faced a sad backyard scattered with gardening tools, which is sort of ironic for a place called Panoramika. The only remarkable view over the city is from the sky bar. The breakfast is just ok.
We visit this hotel regularly and decided to stop by the Sky Bar one evening for a cocktail. There were plenty of empty tables, so we switched to a table by the side just to sit for 15 minutes. However, a waiter approached us with a very rude attitude, told us the table was reserved and asked us to leave. He then stared at us in an unpleasant and disrespectful way. We moved back to our previous table, but when I told him that his behavior was inappropriate, he kept giving unnecessary explanations. Considering how many tables were empty and how briefly we intended to sit there, this treatment was completely unacceptable and did not match the standards and reputation of this hotel. It was a very disappointing experience.
