We arrived late (11:30 pm), after driving from Barcelona and without a reservation. We were lucky to have Rugiero at the front desk. He was such a great host, he helped us with the room booking and even gave us some complementary food since all restaurants were closed. He really made our stay special. Kudos to Rugiero!!!
Perfect hotel in Lourdes. Comfortable clean, rooms just metres from the Grotto but away from the hustle and bussle. So a wonderful place to relax and let the extraordinary experience of Lourdes take hold.
