1st time experiencing an all inclusive holiday as I normally do self catering. Have to admit it was so much better than I thought. 1st the room as its a new refurbished room it was nice and modern and very comfortable great view of the sea and the pool area. The all inclusive buffet was really good all the fresh variety from salad and pastas and rice dishes to a themed night every night. Breakfast all your fresh fruits and bakery items with all you standard English items except Spanish bacon and frankfurters as your sausage selection. Alcohol available 11 till 11 help your self . Snack bar available as well. 2 min walk to the beach which we did mostly but the pool was a lovely area . Overall a great place to go . Loads of bars and restaurants within 2 min of the hotel . 15 min transfer

Nice Hotel with very friendly staff in the bar and restaurant. Maid service needs a little attention as we didn't always have the correct amount of towels left for us, and some days no toilet roll left even though the roll was almost finished. The restaurant often had dirty plates and cutlery, restaurant staff lovely, some very rude and pushy people when getting food, it's like a free for all. A token system operates for drinks where you put 1 euro deposit down for a plastic cup which is reusable for drinks at the bar. People were saying you had to keep the same glass all week but this is not the case, you can take your glasses to the bar and ask for tokens back when ever you want to and then get the glasses again the next day, you can also ask for clean glasses if you change your drink to something else, the bar staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is small and I imagine in the peak months it will be overly full, you can hire pool towels for 10 euros deposit and collect it back when you return them, if you do this daily there is a 1 euro charge for laundry. Sunbeds like anywhere are grabbed by people who put their towels on them and dissappear for hours, the staff don't let beds go until around 9 am so it does give you a chance to get down and try to get one. Entertainment, it was good when they had flamenco dancers on and a singer but the animation team did the rest and weren't that good, quizzes or karaoke, not sure what the kids club did, the day entertainment was ok, they do aqua aerobics in the pool, archery and water polo. All in all, we had a lovely holiday here, I wouldn't say it was a 4* maybe top end of a 3*, Don't think we would go again, but we have a vegetarian fussy eater in the family and we like to travel around so a return wouldn't be on the cards.

I’ll start off by saying the staff was amazing. Really friendly people always up for a chat and very patient. When i was eating at the all inclusive there were always people getting insane amounts of food, taking two bites and leaving it which lead to a very large amount of food waste. Despite that the staff was always smiling. About the rooms, it really depends on which room you have. I was with my parents and my brother there. We got two rooms. In my parents room everything was fine, noting to complain about. But our room was a different story. The airconditioning wasn’t working at first, they fixed it after but the airco was blowing ice cold air right into my face while i was sleeping. I slept in a vest for a few days because it was that cold. They also had a fan, but it seemed to be so loose and making so much noise we didn’t want to keep it on. Also one of the major things was that our room couldn’t be locked which was very annoying. The bathroom door clamped. This was so annoying because if you were brushing your teeth the door wouldn’t stop hitting you in your back. The blow dryer was not practical. It was attached with some cable but that cable was so strong it took me a lot of strength to blow dry my hair. The cleaning lady’s were very friendly and cleaned well. The food was fine. They had themed nights which was really fun. But be aware that most of it is cold. Like the patatas bravas and tortillas. The food was very tasty but often the same. Then the pool. The pool itself was great. It was very well maintained, they cleaned it every day. Every day round 8:30 there will be a group of people standing at the entrance to get a sun bed. Literal adults will run, scream and even shout at each other to get a sun bed. They will keep it occupied for the entire day and will be showing up once. That was really annoying because if you wanted to be able to actually lay in the sun you would have to set your alarm to get a bed. There is a sign saying you shouldn’t leave your sun bed unoccupied for more than 30 minutes but the staff doesn’t really do anything about it. That’s a point of improvement for the staff. Overall it was fine.
