After a busy few days staying in Ortigia, it was a delight to enter the calm and restful environment of Hotel Parco delle Fontaine. A garden of mature trees separate you from the rest of the world as you relax into the peace. A tranquil swimming pool. Superb spacious bedroom. Excellent food in the restaurant. And best of all, the service. The staff at the hotel want you to enjoy your stay. They are incredibly helpful as well as engaging and fun. A special thank you to Antonio, Aicha, Natascha, Flavia and the star of the show, Simone. We had a fabulous stay.
What a fantastic experienced we had at this beautiful hotel located 10 minutes away from the heart of Ortigia. The staff were absolutely amazing, starting from our champion Gabriele at the bar to Federico and Andrea at the front desk. My wife and I had a fantastic stay.
Lovely hotel, staff were generally very nice and helpful; however it is a bit dated and the air con could do with upgrading. Did notice the owner frequently micromanaging and barking orders at the staff which did bring the atmosphere down at times. The pool is amazing and the breakfast is great. Get some cocktails by the pool if you go, it was the best part! The restaurant dinner was not value for money. And is a 15 minute taxi from anything else in Syracuse.
