Absolutely stunning! It's not just a simple hotel but a fantastic experience because their restaurant is located inside the traditional Trulli which are just marvellous! Excellent service and rooms. Everything is as it should be. There is also a waterpark which a great fun for both young and adults!

It is a good resort in a wonderful location. Just 250 m.a.s.l., with a fresh breeze even in hot summer evenings. I recommend a trip at sunrise or sunset with revved emtb to discover the surrounding. Amazing and exciting. Excellent restaurant, comfortable pool

A Wonderful Discovery in the Heart of Puglia I stayed at Parco delle Querce – Green Hospitality Experience while attending the annual Sustainability Festival held in Crispiano. I didn’t know the place before—it was recommended by a tech partner—and I’m really glad I followed the suggestion. The resort is just a 6–7 minute drive from Crispiano, nestled in nature. I arrived taking the scenic route from Mottola and even spotted a fox along the way, which I managed to photograph—a small but magical moment that captures the atmosphere of the area. The property is elegant and clearly aiming for high standards. Some parts are still being completed—like the spa, which was under construction during my visit in May, and the pool area, which hadn’t opened yet due to the cooler weather and rain. Still, the experience was excellent. My room was beautifully finished and extremely comfortable—I slept really well. There’s also a restaurant located inside traditional trulli buildings, which adds a refined, authentic touch. I didn’t get to visit the Aquapark, but it’s part of the overall project. Even now, the resort is a great place to stay, surrounded by nature and in a region that’s full of charm. Crispiano itself is a lovely town, and the Sustainability Festival is impressively well-organized, with strong participation from schools, professionals, and local institutions. I’d absolutely come back—next time even for a holiday. The location is strategic, close to Taranto and Martina Franca. Highly recommended.
