Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme

Our holiday at Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme was, in a word, fantastic. After a bit of initial hesitation, we discovered a world of total relaxation, warm-hearted people, and professionalism. Let me break it down. The gentlemen in the restaurant and at the bar do their job perfectly. I truly appreciate that the hotel employs experienced staff who know how to treat guests. The combination of dedication, mutual respect, and kindness was exemplary. My wife and I had a really great feeling about it. The hotel beach was literally just a stone’s throw away, with sunbeds and umbrellas always ready in the morning. The guy in charge of setting up this area did his job consistently and properly every day. The rooms are simple, but absolutely sufficient for our needs. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was almost silent. Of course, the room was cleaned daily, and from my point of view, I have no complaints about cleanliness. We had half board. Breakfast was very good, the selection more than sufficient, and the three-course dinner with dessert was absolutely perfect. You also get a chance to taste some traditional Ischian cuisine. My only complaint is the dinner time – starting at 8 p.m. is a bit late for my taste. For me, the hotel is a definite recommendation – we had a truly wonderful time. I can’t forget the peaceful moments with a coffee on the hotel terrace and the calm of reading in the shade by the hotel pool.

I really enjoyed the place because the staff is kind and service was unforgetable. We have a great garden with beautiful flowers and egzotic plants. The hotel has a great view to the sea. Our rooms was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast is always really delicious. Thank u for everything!

We loved every moment at Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme. The staff made our stay unforgettable — Maria (natural mud treatments) and her spa colleagues Brigitte, Giacomo, Manuela, Lucia (and one more lovely therapist), Vincenzo and the restaurant/bar team, the always-helpful reception team with great dining tips, and Ciro on the hotel private beach, where umbrellas are spaced for real privacy. Perfect location: close to Nitrodi and just a small boat taxi ride from our beach to beautiful Sant’Angelo d’Ischia. Wonderful service, top amenities, and genuine care — I’ll be back!
