The accommodation is quite central and well cleaned but the service is not the friendliest I have ever had nor is it such a good place for the price we paid. The room was large but very noisy from the street, the bathroom was narrow and old. *I add annotation to the owner's response. Nobody broke anything on purpose here, in fact they were immediately told about the window. I don't think a lock breaks just like that no matter how much you pull it as you say, in fact it didn't break, it came off since it was placed like that on the window frame, glued with white silicone. Read the user reviews carefully before booking and then decide. I will not return nor do I recommend it. Not even the location is worth paying €85/night in August. The furniture, especially the bathroom, is rusty and broken, too deteriorated. It is a first on a busy street, no privacy and a lot of noise. Hair dryer, 1 only for all guests (you will have to go out and ask for it at reception and wait for it to be free). The only worker I saw sometimes seems friendly, but at the slightest she feels upset, and is curt and argumentative. In fact, I am sure that it is the same one that is dedicated to replicating the evaluations, with arrogance and without accepting well-founded criticism. Reveals personal details of guests during their stay, nothing professional. Look closely at the photos and the worst will be what you find. I don't understand that category of hotel and the star. Invest, how expensive they charge, update the facilities and be professional. Your house is not criticized, an experience is valued. We are very dissatisfied for two reasons: - We reserved two rooms with 6 beds between the two of us, but at the last minute a colleague could not come, so the bed was free, we still paid for it, but one of the nights the partner of one of us came and we offered him to stay in the bed free and PAID, but the owner did not want it because she did not feel like modifying the registration data, leaving our colleague without a hotel at so many hours of the night, who lacks empathy and little shame, to charge the boy who did not come he had no problem to search him even if he was not there, but to leave someone without a room that did not disturb his conscience. IN RESPONSE to what the owner responds in this post: it is better not to fable, inventing things to defend yourself seems pathetic to me. There was an empty bed until the last day, so don't imagine that I don't know who occupied it, what a lie, the empty bed was precisely the one on my side, unless a ghost came! The guy who came, we didn't try to 'sneak' such an accusation is also pure fable, because the first thing we did was come to him to ask if he could use the empty bed, even paying again, but when you don't want to work... In short, five of the six beds were used and a friend was denied entry and on top of that now I have to read those lies that we had occupied all of them.
