Hotel Park 10

Stayed here for 4 nights in March of 2025. Great experience overall! First, the positives: - Location - this hotel has basically the perfect location as you are only 2-3 blocks to the main part of Poblado. This is close enough to easily walk to the all of the restaurants and bars, but not too close to where it's loud at night - Room was spacious. Not technically a suite but very generous size overall for a single hotel room - Included breakfast was quite good, but I ended up eating out most mornings since trying the various cafes and coffee shops in Poblado is part of the fun - Exterior and common areas of hotel have a surprisingly sophisticated feel, almost like you're in a high-end NYC or Boston area - Nice and quiet at night in contrast to other hotels in Poblado where you have to wear earplugs to sleep - Good value for the price There were some negatives as well though none were that major: - Bed mattress was too firm for my taste, but this is personal preference - The furniture and fixtures of the hotel rooms have a 1990's feel to them - a bit dated - The shower is a nice "rain" shower, but for some reason there is a big jet of water that shoots out of it in addition to the rain - It would have been nice to have a pool Overall, if I returned to Medellin I would consider staying here again.

This hotel is nice but the maids staff needs to be trained better. They walked in on us.many times without knocking . I went down to the front desk and to let them know I only wanted room service upon request, but room service staff kept walking in unannounced. Breakfast was good, and the hotel is in a great location close to everything and is quiet. Nice and clean as well. The room set up and light are weird, no closet space to put your cloth, and light only turns with the room keys inserted . I would stay there just next visit just because of the location. No to bad

I stayed at Hotel Park 10 for nine nights, and while there were some highlights, my experience was tarnished by a significant issue. The hotel’s location was fantastic, the breakfast was delightful, and the water pressure was outstanding—one of the best features. However, the outdated furniture in the room was disappointing. The major downside of my stay was the behavior of one of the evening reception staff members with curly hair. During a conversation at the front desk, she spoke to me in a highly disrespectful manner in front of my guest and another person. Despite my calm and respectful demeanor, her approach was belittling and inappropriate, leaving me embarrassed. After my guest left, I privately explained to her how inappropriate it was to address the matter in front of others. Unfortunately, she seemed unwilling to see my perspective and instead insisted on defending her approach. This could have been handled discreetly—either by addressing me in private afterward or calling my room to discuss the matter later. Instead, she made a spectacle of the situation, which reflects poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. I respect hotel policies and would always comply when made aware of them, but the manner of communication matters. This incident left a lasting negative impression despite the positive aspects of the stay. I hope the management addresses such issues to ensure better guest experiences in the future.
