This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever been. Very very very dirty, lift doesn't work, bathrom dirty, dust,dust, no wifi, no free parking, very unkind staff......
Do NOT book it it is a scam ! No internet , No water pressure, No phone in the room , Everything is dirty and dusty, Free parking is NOT free.
The pictures of the hotel rooms do not correspond to the truth. The elevator is not working. No WiFi The pool is run down and won't be open for much longer. The windows of the room are smeared. There is no trash can. There is no wardrobe, just a box in the form of a wardrobe, without a door but with hangers. The room and bathroom are structurally unfinished, concrete glue on the tiles in the bathroom. The shower is neglected. The curtains are falling because there is no stop. It's good that the TV works, but when we arrived in the room, the TV did not have an antenna cable. Klaudio and Karolina were kind at the reception, and the young man who didn't even introduce himself was extremely rude when we left. The full price of the stay for 7 days was charged, and even the tourist tax for 7 days, we spent only one day. The hotel is in a good location and is beautiful from the outside and the reception is tidy. But we booked on the basis of what was advertised, which we did not find in the hotel. And that something is wrong with the air conditioner, but there is no repairman to help us.
