Hotel Park Elanza Coimbatore

Stayed here overnight to attend a function at Coimbatore. Unfortunately, we could not try their culinary offering or other facilities as we had other engagements outside the property. But, the limited interaction and stay was seamless and smooth. Room was spotlessly clean and it was an absolute delight to spend few hours here. What stood out for us was our connect and assistance we got from the hotel post our checkout. We had inadvertently left behind a piece of apparel. Upon contacting the front office, it was traced by housekeeping and was kept for over two weeks so that we could arrange pickup. I would like to place on record, our appreciation and gratitude to the entire time for facilitating this retrieval. Good luck with the great work.

Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable and they easily upgraded our room without hesitation. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of sweet and savoury international items and the service was really attentive 😊 Anjana was great, she was so friendly and kind we really appreciate it. They did not let any wish unfulfilled 😊 The two level Rooftop area with pool, bar and restaurant was also really enjoyable. In the evening they created a beautiful and romantic atmosphere. We definitely enjoyed our time there and the fact that there was 24/7 room service and jacuzzi in our suite definitely made it relaxing and the highlight of our stay. 😊 Thank you 🙏🏼

🌟 Hotel Park Elanza – Not Worth the 4-Star Tag 🚫🌃 We had high expectations from this hotel as it's listed as a 4-star property, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the mark. 🛏️ The rooms were quite small and not clean, especially compared to other hotels in the same category. The housekeeping could definitely use improvement. 👩‍💼 The reception staff—especially the lady at the desk—was not professional, and overall the staff seemed uncooperative. There was a clear lack of hospitality. 🍽️ Room service was poor. Even in a room booked for two guests, they provided only one set of amenities. Despite requesting multiple times, essentials like towels or toiletries were often forgotten or delayed. 🔊 The worst part was the bar and DJ music running till 3 AM in the lower ground floor. The music was so loud, it made the entire building vibrate, even on the higher floors, making it impossible to sleep 😣. Not ideal for families or business travelers seeking rest. ❌ Overall, not recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Definitely not up to 4-star standards.
