Had a great stay at this hotel! The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Albert and Razane. Both were friendly, professional, and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Would definitely stay here again — big thanks to the team!
Had a very good experience in the hotel. Very welcoming and helpful receptionist Alicia. Breakfast very good with lots of choice and good quality. Rooms were quiet and everything you needed was there including coffeemachine and cooker for tea. All staff very friendly. Only thing to improve could be some new paint on certain doors and new paint on the outside wall at the terrace. Thank you for a lovely stay!
I recently had a vacation in Vienna and stayed at a 4* hotel of about the same price category. I realized that a hotel can be really cool, so I decided to write a review of your hotel in Paris, which really disappointed me a lot. The only thing I really liked was the location. But the room... The room was dull, with shabby furniture that clearly needed updating. The bathroom was especially unpleasant: the ventilation did not work, that is why there was constant high humidity, and there was mold on the ceiling and around the cabinets. The shower head holder broke and did not lock onto the stick, so i had to hold it in my hands during washing. Girls with long hair understand that it will be difficult to wash their hair like this. We turned to the reception with the idea of at least fixing the shower. The repairman came only the next day, but during our stay in Paris he did not do anything. The breakfast room was somewhere in the Basement. The breakfast itself was very poor, and there were midges flying around the fruits. Why in such a beautiful city as Paris there are hotels that do not monitor the quality of the quality of the accommodation of guests?
