Hotel Parque das Fontes All Inclusive

Overall, I had a good experience. The room, pools, and water park were all quite outdated. The food was just okay, although there were a lot of options. Some drinks, like the coconut water tasted good some days, but rancid other times. Drinks were very sugary, but heavy pours. The staff was really great! I think the hotel is good for its value, however don’t expect a 5-star experience.

Ageing family vacation spot. Ordinary food and facility. Rooms with sagging mattresses, not so clean. Water park is not managed well, saw broken glass, poorly layed out, and you can easily trip and fall. Parking is far away from the room. No one speaks English, all menus and pamphlets are in Portuguese. Music is prerecorded Foro. I am unable to explain the picture I took behind the restaurant.

super disappointed with the hotel, could not be called a resort. I came from the USA to spend with my family on the beach. On the first night, in the first room, we found ants coming out of the ceiling and falling on the bed, they offered the second room with a musty smell and air conditioning without freezing, in the third room I found 2 cockroaches and the room with a musty smell. Beers and drinks of terrible quality. About it I can prove it with videos and photos.
