Hotel Parque Tropical

The hotel was lovely to stay in. All the staff are wonderful, kind and bright, they're very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very clean, the food is brilliant, the pool is big and clean. It's in a good area as well, next to a bus stop and a smaller shopping centre. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay you have in Gran Canaria! :)

This was our 1st time in Gran Canaria and deciding to stay here was a great choice for making amazing memories and feeling that were in an actual themed resort not your average hotel that you'll notice easily as you get into that area. The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming, helped us to change the initial room to one that was facing the interior garden/pool and partial sea view, we loved it. The food was okay overall, good service, maybe the only thing that you don't usually see in a 4* hotel is to queue for getting a seat in the restaurant. Because they have limited capacity you'll be assigned to a specific time slot. The area near by is nice, plenty of restaurants and entertainment options. The bus station is just beside the main entrance. Overall we're satisfied and can recommend it if you're looking for a nice and quiet place.

Great hotel with a wonderful garden. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean everywhere, beautiful and cozy rooms. Perfect location of the hotel, you can find everything you need nearby - beach, shops, restaurants, bus stop. If we travel to Gran Canaria again in the future, we will only go to Parque Tropical.
