I booked literally last minute, due to an issue with an apartment I had rented. I arrived ten minutes after booking online, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. I asked if I could leave my bags until check-in time, but instead, they immediately got me settled into a room. The room was spacious, and had huge windows, so it was very bright. The bed was comfy, and there was a little alcove with a desk perfect for working online. The internet was strong and stable as well. Despite being located on one of the busiest intersections in Vlore, it was very quiet at night, and I slept like a rock. The location also allows you to walk anywhere in the city. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at! The rooms are spacious, fully equipped, clean and very comfortable. However, if there were such a category, a star should be awarded to the staff. They are truly amazing! As they'd given me an extra large room, the power socket was far away from my bed and I couldn't work on my laptop while lying in bed. They immediately gave me an extension cord! How cool is that!? Highly recommendable hotel!

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Almost everyone speaks English, which is a big plus. The bar will pleasantly surprise you with its service. Unfortunately, there is no on-site restaurant, but the staff will gladly recommend a good place nearby. It’s a bit unclear whether this is a 4-star or 5-star hotel. There’s a slight lack of space to hang towels in the bathroom, and the pool wasn’t working during my stay. Ironing two dresses costs €8, but the staff is flexible and willing to accommodate, which was much appreciated. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here.
