Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommend! Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable - every corner was spotless. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, offering plenty of delicious options to start the day right. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying here in Zakopane. Got upgraded to a room with Tatra Mountain View was quite a positive surprise. With the price there’s also complimentary swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi and they are opened 9am-9pm and I can feel that staff takes care of the area for good hygiene level. At the night I stayed there was live music too! Would come back next time if there’s a chance to go to Zakopane. Pictures are view from the balcony.

We really enjoyed stay there. Outstanding great view from the balcony! Clean, warm rooms. Big choice for breakfast and very tasty food. The bathroom is fully equipped. Additional thank you for robes and sleepers! The only thing which really needs to be changed is to switch off signal of elevator. There is really no point to have this music/sound when elevator arrives while it distracts a lot if you are in the room close to the elevator. Hope my request will be seen!
