Hotel Pasha

We are a family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pasha. It is located close to the old town and pedestrian zone of Mostar. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The breakfast has lots of local delicacies to try and was a great start to the morning. Alan who works there is very kind and attentive.

Location and service were perfect. We had a good time. The only thing that doesn’t seem like a 4 stars hotel was the food and the rooms weren’t as tidy.

I had a confirmed booking at this hotel, which I made well in advance. I even followed up to request a cot bed, which they acknowledged, clearly confirming they were aware of my reservation. Then, just before my trip, they suddenly cancelled my booking, claiming a “scheduling oversight” due to a group reservation made months ago. If the group booking was made months ago, how was my room ever shown as available and confirmed? Let’s be honest — they clearly gave away my room to a larger group for more money and tried to cover it up as a mistake. Completely unprofessional and deeply disappointing, especially from a business I expected to operate with some integrity. Now I’m stuck last-minute trying to find alternative accommodation because my flights are booked and can’t be changed. If you value reliability, honesty, or customer service — I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
