From the very first moment we arrived at Pałac Alexandrinum, I completely fell in love with the place. The atmosphere, the architecture, the setting — everything felt like a fairytale. We had an outdoor ceremony and it was absolutely gorgeous. The weather was perfect, the palace looked stunning, and the food throughout the weekend was delicious and beautifully presented. Marta was our first point of contact and she was amazing to work with: super friendly, enthusiastic, and always willing to think along with us. She made the planning process so much smoother and helped bring our vision to life. The hotel itself also exceeded our expectations. The rooms were elegant, clean, and very comfortable. The property offered beautiful areas to walk and relax, and the spa and swimming facilities were a real treat for us and our guests. We couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful location for our wedding. Highly recommended to any couple looking for an elegant and romantic venue.
Fantastic customer service and absolutely amazing hotel staff. They make massive positive difference and create outstanding atmosphere for the guests. One of the best stays I experienced world wide. Thank you for such great attitude and never ending smiles. Great room, facilities, location and superb breakfast. Highly recommended.
A very beautiful, quiet park with ponds and gazebos, where I was in early spring, is great for a break from the city noise. I think it will be wonderful there in summer, although the beautiful old park requires maintenance and design). The palace looks great against the background of the park, the hotel, like a palace, is decorated artistically and for an amateur. I don’t know about the rooms, we haven’t rented them yet. There are saunas and a jacuzzi and a swimming pool with a beautiful interior and windows along the entire wall! The restaurant has a beautiful interior and music, pleasant waiters, but the cuisine in the restaurant is modest in choice, expensive and average (they brought not fresh pancakes with cottage cheese). Good coffee! I really liked the stable and the service, the staff are nice people! The horses are tame and beautiful, you can ride both in the arena and in the park. But you need to order the horse rental in advance by phone. This is a great addition to your outdoor recreation. Don’t miss this wonderful place!
