This place impressed me ! Maybe not center of the world but it has class and great service ! Yes the service is impeccable. The resutaurant manager Mr Bouslimi with his fantastic warm smile and good mood made everything possible. He brings value to this place wich the owner (s) should be really proud of. The food is so good that we didnt look for other places to eat during our stay. If we asked for something extra off the menu he really stretched him selves to fulfill our wishes. The breakfast is also good ... The hotel is clean , the pool is nice , the wifi is good .. Beds are soft and bathroom is big and comfortable. If i`m ever on around i will absoulutely be a guest again. I am a Very VERY happy client after this stay..
The hotel is truly amazing! A very atmospheric place, the restaurant serves delicious dishes, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We are very pleased and highly recommend this place. We stayed with family
Wonderful place but services to be improved. As we came there in the early afternoon steam bath had just been switched on, thus we sat down near the steam source to avoid getting cold. Moreover the showers didn't regulate well. We paid the whole price so we have the right to enjoy the full service!!! A tip for the infrared sauna: put up a sign with instructions (also in english) on how to turn it on A tip for the sauna: Don't go in with your boots on to put firewood in Powodzenia!
