Very friendly service! :) The hotel was very centric, clean, beautiful and comfortable if you’re basically looking for a place to go sleep after a day of traveling. The staff also helped us a lot when we said we stay there with elderly so they put our rooms on ground floor so that they do not use the stairs. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a breakfast service, as there’s essentially a room for that inside the hotel. Otherwise everything was great the hotel has great views and rooms are similar to the pictures. We had a great experience here and would definitely come again in my next trip to Vienna!!
Spent two nights in the hotel during my tourist trip to Vienna. had a very pleasant stay, with friendly staff and comfortable though small room. I did not use the TV because it was so small. The bathroom however, was clean, and there was good shower pressure with hot water. The bed was comfortable with nice warm, comfortable blankets and sheets and I had very good nights sleep. I think there could be a better location for the small refrigerator rather than on the ground because it partially obstruct the main walk corridor in the hotel room. For the price for this hotel in the location near the church and the main tourist bus rrlines, this becomes an excellent value.
No hot water (they solved it the following day). The battery of the safe went out by itself, so we couldn't get our passports on time (receptionist helped). Lastly, reception is open from 9.00 until 19.00, we had no idea when we were booking from booking.com. Receptionists are very polite and location is amazing though.
