Hotel Pension Excellence

Great hotel that is rated 4 stars. The roo.s are comfortable and of good size especially for a single. They have a small fridge in each room which is great if you want cold drinks you buy in. The service is wonderful and the breakfast is good value as well. Staff helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel especially as it is nicely located to city centre. The Tram 43 and 44 stop almost outside and take you to the main area to get linked buses, trams and underground.

Excellent location with easy access to anything you might want to see in the city thanks to the team stop just outside the front door. Beyond that, you get the bare minimum. Beds were fine, linens too, cleanliness was basic. Interior in need of significant updating, there was a singular outlet for the entire room. Wifi was worthless, 25Kbps maximum, but it also frequently dropped so doing anything beyond using Maps on occasion was impossible. The shower was awkwardly small and could not use even the full space because of a gap in the door that would shoot water out onto the bathroom floor.

I recently stayed there for three nights. I know it's a budget hotel but, to be honest, I was expecting more. The breakfast was bad and careless. The internet was very slow and kept cut off all the time. The shower was partly broken. Also, the walls were so thin that you can even hear the snoring of your neighbor. İn additon, the staff wasn't too kind to make up all these negatives. There was one instance that sums all the sloppiness. The room has a kettle but that was all. There was literally nothing apart from that. Neither glasses/cups, nor any hot drink options... We bought our own tea but the staff didn't provide any paper or plastic cups. The positives of the room is that it was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all, I do not recommend here for more than a night.
