Clean, neat, a bit dated. Perfect location right downtown. As a tea lovers we especially appetiated great selection of teas in the kitchen. I wish where would be bigger tea cups. The self-check in process worked well.
The staff here are amazing. I was a guest at another place within the same building. Unfortunately they did not give me adequate direction to find my room. However, I bump into 5 people from here as there were leaving work. They helped me for a good 20 mins trying to contact the hotel and find my room. I’ll be sure to stay with them for my next trip in Vienna.
A SCAM! THERE WAS NO HOT WATER AND THE OWNER HAD NO INTENTION OF FIXING IT!! The bathroom in the room didn't have hot water, making it impossible to use. I asked the manager if he could fix the problem, and he responded aggressively, he told me he couldn't do anything until the next day, that he would not give us another room or send a technician to fix the problem. We couldn't use the bathroom during our stay, the heating didn't work either. I don't recommend it at all! It's impossible to communicate with the managers! This is the first time I've had this experience with a booking. It doesn't meet the basic requirements of a hotel.
