Hotel Penthouse Batumi

The hotel is actually really nice. It's possible they were going through construction thus the poor reviews earlier but our stay was amazing. The furniture is really nice, room was super clean, the room views are incredible. Most of all, the service was perfect - our host Maya was so nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Pictures are deceiving and hotel staff are always absent. Hotel rooms and bathrooms are of poor quality. Insects are found everywhere on the floors and walls. Very unsafe place to stay in and entrance to the building is even worse. I strongly don't recommend this hotel for families and singles. Value of money is awful, the price we paid doesn't live up to our standards. I give it a 1 star hotel as there are many improvements and enhancements to be done.

This hotel is deceiving. Its not even hotel apartment grade. Not sure how they have 4 Star grade on booking websites. They have converted the top floor of a residential building into rooms and they call it as Penthouse Hotel (means Penthouse Floor of hotel rooms as explained by staff). The staff seems like family members or relatives who manage it. No uniform and no dresses. I had a booking for double bed with 2 extra beds for kids. They cramped the room with with 4 single beds of 3 different types. I cant even rate a star.
