Hotel PentHouse

We stayed three nights: the room was minimally furnished but pleasant, well-cleaned (I have allergies and asthma, and I was fine every night), and a truly generous breakfast, with the option of even a lactose-free dessert if requested in advance. Very friendly and cheerful staff. The hotel is located in an inconvenient area if you don't have your own vehicle, but since you can drive, it's strategically located about 15-20 minutes from Perugia, Assisi, and much more. It's also 100 meters from a supermarket, 100 meters from a pizzeria/restaurant with a pool, and 500 meters from a pharmacy, so everything is within easy reach if you need it. We found the experience to be a wonderful one, and highly recommended.

On a school trip with high school students. Terrible hotel location, far from everything and everyone with the aggravating circumstance that the hotel does not have a hall with sofas and tables that could accommodate a school group to spend the evening in company, given that there is nothing nearby. They offered us the use of a room but at a cost of 7 euros per student. The rooms were very clean but not at all "soundproofed"; you could hear every little movement or word coming from the neighboring rooms. Excellent hygiene even in the restaurant room, but dinners with very simple dishes. The reception staff were not at all friendly. Not recommended for school trips.

FORGET IT. The only positive thing is the cleanliness and size of the rooms. You pay for a 4 star hotel, but it doesn't deserve them. Terrible shower and hot water (only in the shower, it doesn't reach the sinks) that arrives after 10 minutes. Hope that nothing ever happens to you, because at the reception they are absolutely not able to give support, also due to a significant linguistic and cultural gap. I asked to have a doctor and they barely knew what the medical guard was. Furthermore, it is half an hour from Perugia. Look for something else because even for just one night it might not be pleasant.
