Had a great time visiting Innsbruck while based out of the Penz West. The staff was incredibly accommodating. The rooms were perfect with one looking right over the airport runway - a big hit with my aviation loving grandsons. The breakfast in the morning was an incredible "auflage".
Great staff. Made very welcome on arrival. Checkin experience excellent. Rooms spacious as well. Good bed and pillows. Staff helpful with getting into town as well. Great location and within walking distance to Innsbruck Airport. Parking available opposite hotel. Bus into Innsbruk Town outside as well. Breakfast was good and morning staff looked after us as well. Only a short visit but would use again.
The view from our room was amazing, and breakfast had lots of variety. But the F-line bus to the city comes every 15 minutes or more, and even less often at night. There’s only one nearby stop, and in the evening the area feels a bit empty and quiet.
