I loved this hotel! The room was lovely with a beautiful view from the pool, but the stand out thing was the staff. They went above and beyond to help and were all SO friendly! When we arrived, they gave us welcome drinks and the bellboy Balsa was amazing and carried my 30KG case up all the stairs, and was so lovely! Breakfast was great and we ate at the restaurant one night which was also wonderful. We had a really early flight and they arranged a taxi to take us to the airport, and as we would miss breakfast, provided us with lunch packs of sandwiches, fruit and drinks to take with us! Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
We got free upgrade and early checkin! Thanks to the front desk. There were stairs but the staff will help with the luggage so you don’t have to worry about that, just relax and enjoy the welcome drink at the lobby. The location was perfect, the hotel restaurant was tasty too! Everything was great
The ambiance is perfect, the rooms are impeccably clean, and the service and staff are of the highest level. The hotel’s restaurant offers the most beautiful view of the sea… Everything is PERFECT. 🤩🤩🤩
