The restaurant staff are fabulous. Really went out their way to ensure everyone had good food. As vegans we were very impressed, and full every night after our 4 course meals! Free wine, water (still and sparkling) and soft drinks with dinner. We absolutely loved it and would definitely return.

This is our 3rd year at this hotel. The staff are amazing and work really hard to please everyone. The rooms are clean and a good size. The showers could do with updating but they are powerful and warm. The breakfast is great and the evening meal is plentiful with several courses and choices, mainly local dishes and includes wine and soft drinks . The location is fabulous as very close to the ski lift. The boot room has boot warmers and a lift. The ski hire service has been good Paulo has been helpful and assisted out of hours when my son wanted to change from skis to boarding. The gym is small and needs to have some faulty equipment replaced but it's adequate for a week. The crystal rep Luisa was lovely and very helpful. The biggest points for us are a lovely vibrant bar area where you can relax and meet friends. Afternoon snacks and drinks daily after skiing. A big shout out to Rogero who works really hard and has an amazing team delivering that personal touch. Thanks for making our holiday special. Rachel, Kevin and Daniel

Excellent location for skiing, next to the main lift taking you out of town and up the mountain. We had the half-board accommodation option, and the food was adequate but not excellent, and plenty for hungry active skiers. Free wine with the evening meal. Rooms were comfortable and warm. The bar was lively and welcoming. A 10-15 minute walk in the main town for other bar and restaurant options.
