Everything is excellent: spacious rooms, very quiet, nice surroundings in the center of the best places in Paris. The staff were incredibly accommodating since my Expedia/Navan reservation was lost. However, they managed to find me a room at the last minute and honored the same price. Very appreciated. Fitness room is great
We enjoyed our recent stay and the charm of the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to be supportive. The amenities, location, space and cleanliness were all excellent. My only reason for the 4 star rating is that small improvements could be made, such as a fridge and kettle in the rooms for drinks, although these are available in the lounge in the foyer. I will certainly visit Paris again and stay with Peyris Hotel Opera.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, the staff was friendly and polite, and we appreciated their welcoming attitude. Upon arrival, we were given a decent room on the 4th floor with a balcony and a view of the street. However, the front desk informed us that the air conditioning wasn’t working in that room and offered to move us the next day to a room with working AC. As a gesture for the inconvenience, they also offered us complimentary breakfast. The next day, we were moved to a darker room on the 2nd floor, facing the inner courtyard. While the air conditioning worked there, the room felt like a downgrade — smaller and less bright. The rooms and hallways are generally quite narrow and compact. The breakfast was basic — nothing special, but since it was complimentary in our case, it was fine. If I had paid the regular price (18€), I would have found it overpriced for the limited buffet selection. All in all, a pleasant enough stay thanks to the kind staff, but there is definitely room for improvement in the room allocation and value-for-money aspects.
