We stayed in 19th floor suite. Room was sufficient big for 2 person. Weirdly the sink in toilet is too short for our Asian height. Not sure why designed that way. We had work in COEX mall and this hotel is so convenient for that! It has an airport limousine stop at Grand intercontinental hotel as well! The Hyundai mall is right opposite. Has a 7-11 downstairs, lots of restaurants nearby, nothing to complain about! Price point is worth it as well. Will definitely stay here again if I were to come for work! 😁
Poor hospitality. We had to borrow the trolley at the reception as they were not willing to send the trolley to my room on 13th floor. Not only that, the front office staff was not going to help us book the taxi unless we return the trolley back to the reception. We definitely were not going to bring the trolley back with us :) if they worried about the trolley, one of the staff should come down to the lobby. I have never experienced such poor service in any hotel.
The entered my room without my preemption and they removed my staff without my premtion and i saw my bag open what is this mean my clearness other things missing all My invoices The crew films without permission and deliberately abuses, beats, and shouts to tarnish the reputation and market the place without permission. They disturb you while you are sleeping and tamper with your personal belongings.
