Hotel Phillips Hotel

When I found Hotel Phillps on Booking, I was excited about the location! Especially, since it was close to the downtown and my family!! I suggest the roof top for a beautiful view, and the basement to fins the Speakeasy! It's a BYOB situation for, both the rooftop and Speakeasy..I know, Right!!😁 However, if you want the beat experience, book thru them directly! The Queen Deluxe was nice, I thought I was getting a room with a kitchenette, a little deceiving on bookings behalf.. but there are only 18 units that are on the first floor so look them up on the website and I hope anybody who reads this will enjoy their stay there!!

My wife and I have stayed here at 2 separate occasions and the room was in great shape. Quiet and clean. Staying here was way better than normal hotels. Highly recommend.

Rooms are new and renovated. The only issue we have all the time are AC and heating. We can’t manage to get to desired temperature despite them constantly fixing it. Location is perfect in the center of city. Every time we have a problem they urge to help immediately. Elevators are ready to be renovated. It is clean and nice. Terrace on the 7th floor is amazing. Only problem is that tenants who live here always leave it dirty. Despite my efforts by sending pictures several times about cigarette leftovers and junk, there is still garbage left and they don’t care about it.
