We enjoyed our stay at hotel Piaro, I enjoy having a kitchenette even though we only used it for coffee and reheating leftovers. I stayed in a different area of Cali and did not enjoy it very much but had I known that this was going to be a 100% different experience we would have stayed one more night. The location of the hotel is great for the Feria de Cali, about a 20 minute walk from the parade route. The staff was very helpful, they explained how to get tickets to the fair and helped us lug all our luggage to our room. And I believe all rooms have a balcony.
The location of the hotel was very convenient. You are steps away from supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The park and hospital are across the street. The stay was very stylish and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfy. It was bright and airy. We loved and enjoyed the balcony. The hot water in the shower was awesome. The AC was ice cold and the WiFi was fast. It was very bright and super clean. The hotel lobby and hallways are very clean. They follow all Covid protocols. The staff from housekeeping were fantastic. All of the ladies were friendly. They did an exceptional service. They are very respectful of your things and never touched anything. Very honest staff! The host Henry was very friendly and accommodating. We extended out stay with no issues and accommodated us with late check out at no additional cost. The staff were awesome. Thank you Ronnie, Raphel, Pablo and Gary for being so hospitable and kind. The entire staff are friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They felt like family and they will be missed. Henry and his staff are super host! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. If we ever return to Cali, Colombia we will definitely stay here again without any hesitation. Again thank you all for making us at home. Take care.
