A newly remodeled historic hotel located on an island in Opole with secure parking and an ideal location. Great breakfast on a terrace overlooking the river. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nice, clean and modern but a bit small.

Disappointing and Unaccommodating Service We stayed at this hotel while traveling to Opole for a concert. We had booked 3 rooms for 5 people, but due to unforeseen circumstances, one more person needed to stay with us for the night. Instead of being met with understanding or a willingness to accommodate, the hotel staff came to our room and demanded that the extra person leave immediately. We politely asked if we could pay an extra fee for the additional person, but the staff outright refused, even though it was already late (around 10-11 PM) and finding another hotel at that hour was extremely inconvenient. We were not being loud, disruptive, or causing any issues—there were no complaints against us. Yet, the hotel showed zero flexibility or willingness to help. In the end, we chose to leave rather than abandon one of our group members. This lack of hospitality was incredibly disappointing. A hotel should be a place that prioritizes guest comfort and provides reasonable solutions, but unfortunately, this was not our experience. I would not recommend staying here if you expect even a basic level of customer service or understanding.
