Hotel Piccolo

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Piccolo, From the moment I arrived, Andrea and the staff at the reception provided a warm welcome and made check-in seamless and smooth. A special thank you to the team for their professionalism and hospitality—they truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. The hotel itself was exceptional—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great amenities, location to the Portofino and amazing view . I highly recommend hotel Piccolo and will definitely be returning.

Very good location overlooking a bay, just a short walk to Portofino main town. Rooms are a bit tired, but very adequate. Overall the hotel could do with an upgrade to make it a cute little boutique hotel, however for what it is I think it is quite good. I would definitely recommend it.

Disappointing Experience at Piccolo restaurant I had a very disappointing experience at Piccolo Portofino. The service was far from what you would expect at a restaurant of this level. The dish with raw fish was not properly explained by the staff, and I was not informed that the salmon tartare was changed from raw to smoked. This completely altered the dish, and I only found out after it was served. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was simply told, “If you don’t like it, no problem.” – which is absolutely the wrong approach to customer service. There was no apology or effort to make it right. Very unprofessional and disappointing overall.
