Hotel PIN Jiaoxi

Very super clean. Pls continue maintain this standard. There is supper every night 8pm until 10pm. There is game room,library in another building. Overall service is good, environment is new

Great hotel. Service was awesome. The stay included breakfast, afternoon snacks and late night snacks. Game room was wonderful for the kids. The hotel is close to everything (10 min walk from the train station). Will come back and stay again!

Now I could write my review. I have stay here 3 day 2 night from 31 Mar to 2 Apr. overall is good but make me feel very disappointing stay here is becauseI the hotel’s service policies are inconsistent, and the information given to guests is contradictory. Before my stay, I specifically emailed the hotel to confirm the children’s pool policy, asking whether parents needed to wear swimsuits to accompany their children. The hotel clearly replied NO. However, on the second night of my stay, the staff suddenly refused to let my child play, saying that parents must wear swimsuits to enter. This completely contradicted their previous response! Even worse, the front desk staff were unaware of the policy themselves and had to call the children’s pool staff for clarification. This kind of mismanagement is unacceptable. If there were any policy changes, the hotel should have informed guests in advance instead of making sudden and confusing restrictions.The front desk told me that if I had a Taiwanese phone number, they could notify me. Does this hotel only provide service to Taiwanese guests?
