Hotel Pinar Plaza

My experience at Hotel Pinar Plaza was exceptional! The modern design and clean, spacious rooms made my stay incredibly comfortable. The rooftop pool was a highlight by itself. The hotel’s location is very convenient, especially for business travelers. It’s close to IFEMA, the Cuatro Torres Business Area, and the airport, which made commuting easy. Overall, a top-notch hotel with excellent facilities and service. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Madrid!

A nice hotel with solid rooms and good service. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool is a pleasant bonus. The location, however, is less appealing for tourists. The hotel is in a very residential area with little to see or do nearby. It takes about 30 minutes by metro to reach the city center, which may feel quite far for some.

Modern well designed hotel, in nice area. But there are no nice restaurants near by, none. Even the hotel restaurant isn’t very good. There is nothing to do in the neighbourhood, it’s very residential. I found a Burger King and supermarket, nothing else. However, it’s a short ride from/ to the airport, approx €12 with Uber, which might appeal to people. I wouldn’t stay again simply because of its boring surroundings. Annoyingly the entrance door isn’t automatic and the reception desk is horrible, it’s very uncomfortable to stand at. Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable and shower was adequate. Bonus that there’s an iron in the room. Air conditioning worked well. The reception is inadequately staffed, only one member working and often they are busy with other customers or on the phone meaning you have to wait long time. No facilities in the room such as coffee
