Hotel Pinei

The view from my room and the outdoors is speechless. My room is really nice, very close to nature. The bath with the view is amazing. The amenities in the room are nice, and the body lotion is really nice. Shower is great as well. Although the bed is a little small but it's manageable and I had a good sleep. I did meditation at night, it was one of the best sessions I ever had. It was really quiet at a good temperature (9/05/2025) and I swear I am surrounded by the nature. Breakfast is absolutely great. I love everything on the breakfast line. The morning Champaign is available with good quality bread, cheese and cold cuts, also good coffee as well. The table by the window in the restaurant is breathtaking, just a cup of coffee and a piece of bakery with the amazing view by the green hill outside of the window covered with some mist. It's a day dream but actually it's real! ❤️

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, which made a great first impression. However, during checkout, a different receptionist was extremely rude and practically kicked us out just because we were 20 minutes late.

I didn't stay at this hotel but i had bad story regard reservations , I booked a room and my stay after 4 months with free cancellation . They asked for deposit €100, I paid the deposit. My trip updated and changed to other city. When i asked to cancel and refund the deposit, they refund only €50 !! I understand €25 transaction fee, but I received only €50, where is other €25??. my question to the hotel: if you are not willing to refund the whole deposit amount then why you ask for it from the beginning ? There are many options you can do to reserve the room. I will not even think to stay at this hotel in any trip to Italy in the future 👎
