This is with distance the most pleasant hotel I’ve ever been in (and I’ve been in a lot of hotels). I rarely give top hotel ratings but this is just the perfect wellness hotel. The general atmosphere is strikingly pleasant. It is quiet, there’s fresh air, spectacular mountain views, a large, well-tended indoor and outdoor pool, and a very good sauna with lots of options (Finnish, steam bath, bio, infrared). There is a state-of-the art fitness center, a yoga room (and yoga classes!), and a room with toys for children to play in. The hotel is surrounded by well-tended and spacious gardens, with sun-beds of high quality and different types. And everything is always super-clean. The rooms are great, the beds are perfect (not too hard, but also no wobbly softness), there’s a separate toilet and shower/bathroom, which is great if you are staying as a couple or family. The free internet works well and is reliable. The meals, which can be consumed inside or outside, are healthy, varied, tasty, and of very high quality. For the vegan and lactose-intolerant breakfast customers, there were several types of plant milk available, and lots of options, like vegan spreads and cheeses (even vegan camembert). For dinner/desert, they really provided original top quality vegan dishes, which is exceptional (many hotels that claim to cater for vegans just leave out the meat and cheese, and offer the eternal fruit-salad for desert – not here!). There’s always tea and freshly ground coffee available, and the coffee is of top quality. The house wine included in the all-inclusive is also of really high quality. Finally, the managers, Carina and David, as well as the other staff, are all fantastic – cheerful, competent, attentive, and friendly, but not intrusive (e.g. no American-style waiters asking you every 3 minutes how everything is going). They respond very swift and generously to any special requests. All in all, this was the perfect holiday/wellness experience. After only two days of staying there, we already rushed to the reception to pre-book for our next vacation.
Absolutely the best hotel with friendly and smiling service. We had half pensions and it was a great decision. Food is amazing, local and fresh, with a lot of choices. The indoor and outdoor pool is good to relax after hiking. A location is easy to reach with a lot of options to explore the Tirol region. We came with an e-car and they have a charging station as a complimentary service. Very enjoyable place for your soul and body. Thank you.
Slightly out of the small village, limited local bus service, especially if skiing and collecting ski hire gear. Hotel could provide a better service with their mini buses that they have. Great staff, service, food and scenery.
