Regretably my partner was hospitalised in Figueres for a week and I need a place to stay instantly. A quick online booking search and I found this hotel. A definite business hotel vibe but great all around. Nice reception, excellent breakfast, very nice hotel room with balcony. The gym is very small and minimal. What made it great for me was the outstanding staff at all levels. the receoptions went the extra mile to help me in a very difficult and stressful situation, the restaurant / bar staff super friendly. Asking how we were all the time. One small issue with my shower was addressed in a few hours. It was great to have a nice place to come back to. I would certainly recommend it for business and family holiday. Location is close to the old city and sites (10-15 minutes) and the hospital (same).
Excellent hotel, great service, tight bathrooms, but overall quite good and comfortable. Nicely taken care of and fairly close to the old town and Dali museum. Recommended.
Sorry but not recommended. The front staff was lovely, but the room - although clean at first sight - had the smell of sewage and was run down. The pillows were comically thin. The other tenants had VERY loud parties until 2AM, to include screaming .... no management intervention.
