Hotel Pizzalto

Here you will find everything you need. The location of the Hotel Pizzalto is certainly a strong point, excellent for both skiers and non-skiers. The hotel provides numerous services, the food is good and the staff is really attentive and polite. All the staff support you and make you feel like you're truly on holiday. The icing on the cake: the entertainment team and FRANCESCO a super extraordinary person (...to have it!!!) who accompanies you skiing on the slopes of the entire area, and then stays with you in the evening joining the entertainment team. Posizione top per sciare, direttamente sulle piste con deposito, noleggio, scuola e biglietteria sotto l'albergo. Parcheggio incluso. Camere un po' datate ma pulite, gestione buona tranne per la sala Ristorante dove si attende molto per ordinare visto che c'è solo 1 persona dedicata agli ordini. Si mangia bene.

The hotel is located directly on the slopes, so great location. The structure is quite well maintained even if the room smelled of dust. What negatively affected the stay was the cold welcome from the staff. In particular, the restaurant staff were courteous but excessively oppressive. We didn't have time to finish the dish and they continually asked if we had finished to remove the plate. I think there was a significant surplus of waiters which conveyed a sense of hurry. We felt quite uncomfortable. Mini club. Virtually non-existent. Whatever time we went the entertainers were not available. The embarrassing dedicated room, practically a storage room for the hotel's things, the baby dance consisted of exactly 5 minutes at 9.30pm and then they put on a cartoon. In short, it is absolutely not an actual entertainment service. Last sore point: check in at 4pm. I've never had such an inconvenient time before, basically you get the room and you've already lost the whole day of skiing, on the other hand I was expecting a later check out, instead at 10am. I must say that the staff tried to make it easier for us and after about an hour and a half of waiting they gave us the room at 3pm instead of 4pm. High prices, both for the stay and for the restaurant and bar. However, I leave 3 stars because there are areas for improvement and because of the friendliness of the gentleman who brought us the suitcases. Ps. Everywhere now (in Europe but also in Italy) a free bottle of water is expected in the room (the rest has to be paid for).
