Hotel PJ Myeongdong

Excellent customer service! The air-con is climate controlled as a building so when it got too warm, they brought me a fan and were very apologetic. I also had a problem with a leaking nescafe coffee maker in the room, and they quickly exchanged it. It was easy to get from and to the airport using the limousine airport bus for 1700won. I walked everywhere and only took public transport one out of four days. When I did take the subway, there were stations just a short walk away. I loved eating at the little mom and pop Galbi food shops nearby. The food I ate at these little eateries was so good and inexpensive. I didn't try the restaurant for breakfast or lunch, so I can't comment on it. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the view from our room on the 8th floor. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very respectful and welcoming. It's also well situated, with a convenient shuttle bus to Myeongdong available during the day. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Stayed in their Prestige twin room for 8days. I wanted to express my appreciation for the warm welcome and helpfulness of your front desk staff named Se-Hyeon Jang during my check-in. I met some issue and it was resolved by his exceptional service and patience. He is a gem to your organisation! Very nice spacious and comfortable bed but the pillows are too soft till it’s so flat. Room with seperate shower,washroom and powder area. Suitable for elderly as it’s safer for not having shower within the bathtub. Good to have coin laundry services on the level 8 , water and microwave at the lift walkway. Great to have shuttle bus services too. Good location with 2 subway lines and airport buses . Both subway lines are near to hotel and convenient to popular areas. A lot of food and convenience stores around. Appreciate your cleaned rooms and mini bar. However, I noticed the housekeeping service are not standardised to replenish coffee ,sugar ,stirrer and slippers Have to call and request for it. Housekeepers could be more attentive in detail. Balcony area able to hear the next door talking clearly . It’s seems like a partition as there’s an open gap at the floor area which can see the next door’s lighting is on. Other staff are not approachable and welcoming based on their attitude and body language when attending to us who look like Chinese. Look forward that this is addressed to maintain the high standards of service and professionalism.
