Very neat and clean rooms. We had a pleasant stay. Service was good but I guess due to heavy crowd during Mahakumbh the staff was worked and stressed. Also there was only one person in restaurant who was serving the entire hall. Felt bad for him. He did an amazing job! Food was delicious. Will definitely stay here next time.
Recently hosted a party in their banquet hall, and the food items were not served as discussed and finalised earlier. They added and changed items without informing. Not happy with their staff providing the service that should be given at a 4 star hotel. I would not at all recommend this for hosting parties.
Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money I visited this hotel on 28th March 2025, and my experience was extremely disappointing. No value for money – the services provided were far below expectations considering the price charged. Poor hospitality – there was a clear lack of courtesy and warmth from the Terrible food quality – food was served with stones, which is completely. guests were treated poorly, almost as if they were a burden. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. It was a complete letdown.
