I saw some of the reviews , obviously as always pros and cons. Here is my honest pov. First of all i came here with no expectations, just to relax , to have a place to sleep and to eat without the struggle to find a good place to eat or to decide where to go( we stayed for three days) so no time for this nonsense. Services and staff where great specially Oksana on the reception she was very helpful and informative. The hotel itself can be improved here and there and the food on dinner also. But keeping in mind that is three stars and you pay what you pay it is just fair in my view and everything was good enough for us. The hotel can be a bit noisy at some nights but everyone is out in holiday to have fun not to sleep . We was going to sleep around midnight so we had no issues here.

Rooms are small and old, but very clean. There are no enough space in wardrobe for our clothes, and there is no any shelves in it. Cleaning ladies are nice, always have smile, they are cleaning rooms every day. Food is good. There is no enough space in restaurant for all guests in the hotel so there is always line to get in for meal. Staff is nice, and really fast. They are giving their best to clean tables and make space for new people. Everyone in hotel gave their best to make our vacation best possible.

First impressions are of a nice clean and tidy hotel. It all goes downhill from there. I wouldn't kennel a dog in the rooms. Tiny and shabby are probably the kindest words I can find. We had half board but the food is inedible. Lukewarm at It's best and very repetitive. The evening entertainment, of which we never went to, mostly consisted of very loud techno music until midnight. During the day excessively loud music id played around the pool atrea making it impossible to relax. Thank goodness for a stunning beach right on the doorstep. Children and teenagers racing round screaming their heads off, both around the pool and down the corridors until the early hours, are a real issue. The Hotel is very popular with the Dutch, as is the whole resort, which in itself isn't an issue but they are rather rude and abruot. We went on a Thomas Cook cheapie knowing it would be nowhere near like the quality we are used to but it still came as a shock as to how bad the place really is.
