Hotel Platani

Good hotel, especially for short stay. We were in for one night only, passing through and quickly exploring Trebinje. The location is great, right in the city center and close to all amenities. The hotel itself is an old building, restavrated nicely. The hotel has covered local parking, just ask them. The bed is big and thick, good for rest. With closed window it's quiet, meaning the isolation is good, but if you open it you will hear the city traffic. The host and the service was okay. There are couple of cons: there is no elevator, so please have in mind if you have a big luggage. In the hotel there is only shampoo, body wash and towels, but no vanity kit, etc. The choice for breakfast was poor, and the capacity of tables to eat outside is not enough, so we ate inside. All in all, good hotel for such price and for short trip (1-2 nights).

Staff not good in English, they prioritize local clients more, I was treated ignored, this is my experience, Location is very good rooms also good

Sat Waiting outside to be served, no waiter came so I got up and made myself known we were waiting to be served.... Full Breakfast not to its usual standard yogurt in a glass not a cup like normal plus it was warm !!!! Beacon not cooked normally crispy, the proja bread very doughy & soft .. Had tea more water on my sauce than in the cup so that left the sugar wet !!! The coffee was nice, but let's face it it comes out of a machine!!! So I won't be visiting this Hotel Platani.
