Warm and friendly service overall from reception to bar or restaurant service, and even the cleaning staff. Austrian family driven hotel with great atmosphere and a personal touch which is exactly what we always look for in Austria. The food and the buffet in the restaurant was top level and really great value for money.
Top hotel in Austria, hands-down. Prime location, quality of staff quality & food. The rooms were very clean and upgraded with every detail imaginable . I would highly recommend this resort if you want your dream stay in the mountains
What an amazing hotel!!! I have travelled in so many locations in Austria and have not received a service so good. Connie was amazing and all the staff we interacted with was superb. Such a friendly bunch. They accommodated us and even showed us rooms we could choose between. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. This hotel should be a 5 star not 4 star. The rooms are immaculate. We stayed in a junior suite and it’s better than most 5 stars we’ve stayed in before. Also the food in the restaurant was delicious. It was proper home cooked food and the ingredients were so fresh. Thank you for making this a delightful experience for us. :)
