3 stars mainly because of location and views. The initial views of the hotel and easy access to the beach is great however it is not enough to make up with sometimes rude and slow staff. We did have a few great folks but in general you get the vibe that you are bothering and inconveniencing staff when you ask for something. The deteriorating amenities and ridiculous amount of rules is what kills this spot for me. One of the silly ones was you are asked to wear a paper sticker wristband for the entirety of your stay. Not just for the pool or beach but in the hotel. Keep in mind it lets everyone know where you are staying and for safety reasons i don’t want randoms knowing where i am staying at. They throw a fit if you take it off. The swim up bar in their photos is falling apart and partially empty. The gym at the hotel is rusting and equipment is literally falling off the hinges. If you are super hungry don’t have lunch here. Lunch takes 50-75 min from when you order, I can say the breakfast was much better service. The food is delicious but just super slow. Overall a beautiful hotel that’s overshadowed by over the top rules and requests, and general bad attitude towards guests.
When we did the booking, the hotel staff did not inform us they were holding a very loud event until late. On top of it they placed us next to the source of noise. They agreed to move us to another room but but there was no difference. Noise prevented us from sleeping. This pretty much amounts to offering you a service they won’t provide. We are family of four with two children, who were hoping for a nice holiday. We certainly did not expect we would not be able to sleep! On top of everything, our room was dirty: Garbage in the terrace and a dirty toilette. We have complained about it but the staff keep on saying the managers and bosses are away. We will never come back.
We arrived Friday May 27. The hotel don’t have light neither conditioner air, neither WiFi, neither Tv, neither water in the bathroom. It is a very bad experience
