Great location. Comfy beds. Good bathroom. The roof terrace is nice and you can just bring your own beers to sit there.
The best thing about this hotel, and my reason for 5 stars is the way they handled the 2 problems I had during my stay. I booked because the website said there was a fridge in each room. When I arrived, there wasn't one. They moved one into my room within 10mins. Unfortunately it stopped working 2 days later and I woke up to my food being spoilt and my drinks warm. The staff generously refunded me the cost of the items, AND sent a full breakfast to my room. The hotel itself is nice enough, but the staff make it great.
Old hotel but a good clean place that is very well situated right in the middle of the historic center. Actually right beside the cathedral. We decided on this hotel for those reasons but also you can have breakfast on the roof and contemplate the city while chowing down your food. Breakfast is included.
