Best experience with the service team and their efforts for learning english. Since they do offer concergery in different languages we are able to get real local experiences with natives and participate in lot of activities in the area. Ask for your Local Guide. Great hotel, very helpful staff. The owner is very pleasant and the hotel is well kept. It is centrally located to a lot of restaurants, lounges, shopping and sites and still close to Medellin as well. If you are traveling through Colombia, stay here for a night or two and enjoy the surrounding pueblo.
It looked like a nice place in a great location, BUT, unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation as they have a policy in which they do not allow bicycles anywhere at the property. Just be aware, if you're traveling by bicycle, this hotel will NOT work for you. The staff was nice!
