We stayed here twice during our recent travels in Mexico, and both times we had no complaints. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and quiet at night. The hot water was plentiful between 7pm and midnight, as stated on the information provided at check in. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel, but well worth the price. The location is close to the ADO bus station as well as many restaurants and shopping in the area. As a bonus, Orlando in the attached restaurant was very cheerful and attentive each morning we ate there.
Bring cash, or be prepared to pay double conversion rates. Rates were provided in $MEX, and will try to charge in USD, with their conversion rates which was higher than bank rates and receptionist would not let me pay in $MEX. Rooms were okay, nothing fancy. Not flexible with check-in times. Proximity to ADO bus statio, supermarket, and restaurants are great.
Stayed at the hotel for 1 week and I want told to evacuate because the manager felt like it . I don’t know if he’s name manager or not but it’s an unhappy short little guy who’s always angry . I have seen him a few times in the hotel and he’s always angry . Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend it
