Hotel Plaza Las Matas

Nice hotel, the breakfast was very nice and abundant, personnel was friendly and helpful, the private parking was spacious.

The location is good, and the rooms seem clean. They charge 10 EUR extra for parking, there is no toothbrush in the room, no slippers, the bar(fridge) is empty, the AC is noisy, and there is noise outside due to the proximity to the railway. For sure, calling it 4 stars is a joke - it is more like a roadside motel!

Disappointed by the Lack of Flexibility – Hoping for a Better Resolution I accidentally booked the wrong date — a full month ahead of when I actually intended to go — and realized the mistake shortly after. When I reached out to cancel or adjust the booking, I was met with a flat refusal due to "policy." I understand that businesses need booking policies, but refusing to help a month in advance feels incredibly rigid and out of touch with reasonable customer service. This wasn't a last-minute change or a no-show — it was a genuine mistake caught well in advance. It’s disappointing when policies are enforced without any human consideration. Are things really so inflexible that you can’t adjust a booking 30 days out? I would love for someone from the team to step in and show that you value fairness and customer goodwill more than a technicality. If this gets resolved professionally, I’ll gladly update this review to reflect it.
